Summary: Extensive work on this ranch-style home included opening up existing spaces as well as adding new space. The scope of work comprised adding a new garage, screen porch, and front entry; opening up and renovating the existing living, dining, and kitchen spaces, and updating the old owners’ bedroom and bathroom to a contemporary owners’ suite. All bathrooms and the laundry also received a facelift. Special touches included a “cat cubby” and a music room with custom storage for the owner’s extensive collection of LPs and CDs.
