Summary: Welcome home to a secluded estate nestled in the heart of Chapel Hill, meticulously transformed with an eye toward elegance, function, and organization. Our team led this transformative renovation with our client, who was deeply involved in the planning & coordination with partners PadModern, Open Studio Design, and expert cabinet maker Wood Done Right. There was a collective focus on bringing the client's vision to life, ensuring every intricate detail would work to create a unique home that exudes sophistication and charm.

The project showcases four custom bathrooms, each boasting oversized showers, custom vanities, and exquisite woodwork, complemented by top-of-the-line fixtures and elegant lighting. The Chef's kitchen underwent a complete overhaul, featuring a handmade white plaster Mediterranean-style hood, modern-faced cabinetry with custom inserts for optimal storage solutions, and two oversized islands - one doubling as a wine center facing the adjacent dining area. The living room was reconfigured to highlight a breathtaking solid marble arched fireplace, and the foyer, front music room, and office were revamped with custom glass-encased pocket doors, inviting grasscloth wallpaper, and warm lighting, providing a welcoming atmosphere. The primary dressing room was thoughtfully designed with a quartz-top vanity, providing ample wardrobe storage with a dedicated space for makeup and personal items. An upgraded theater room was outfitted with a full-service snack and beverage center. Every architectural detail was considered, from the graceful archways to the refinished flooring and stairways, creating a seamless flow throughout the estate. This project is a testament to our commitment to craftsmanship, creativity, and collaboration, delivering our client the home of their dreams.
